季芹和王仁甫同居一个单元的邻居爆料，管理委员会成员皆知季芹已怀孕三个多月，并指男方不想生、女生坚持生，两人经常为此争执，再对照季芹七月突然淡出演艺界，怀孕之说不无可能。对此，王仁甫说“很好笑”，没否认没承认，当听闻邻居所言，他错愕得没接话。
季芹七月二日为美容书《恋爱女王》出席活动，之后未再公开曝光，此举十分不寻常。之前读者爆料她六月时赴医院检查证实怀孕，据悉，怀孕超过五周才验得出来，推算她至今已怀孕至少三个月，很符合她淡出的时间。

邻居对记者表示，季芹的菲佣曾向管理员透露，季芹已怀孕三个多月，但王仁甫不想生，两人常为此争吵，住户为她抱不平，据悉，管理委员会成员皆听闻此事，近来两人出入非常小心，开车外出也会观察是否被跟拍。
四月中，季芹原要担任《极道学园》女主角，突然辞演，理由是“内分泌失调”，当时盛传她可能怀孕。接着，她把谈好的代言活动消化后就宣布要休息，期间她拒接电话，却跟王仁甫到宜兰勘查即将开拓的民宿用地，与“养身体”说法大有出入。
努力打毛线
王仁甫、季芹因主持台视《旗开得胜》相识，他甩掉前女友Jenny，她也为他离开小钟，相恋迄今约四年。一度传欧弟介入两人感情，他又因赴大陆拍《食神》与吴佩慈有吻戏，让季芹不愉快，她常透露想婚却对感情没把握。
季芹半个月前曾在网上上表示致力学打毛线；她怀孕若真，预产期应是明年二月左右，织品符合该季节。
她的经纪人方晓茹昨说：“她一早打电话跟我说‘放心啦’！”至于两人是否因怀孕闹僵，她说：“她心情开朗，听不出有不愉快。”
